I first met her as a new GP and she was a receptionist at Woodlands Road surgery. She was kind, sensible, organised and helped me massively to ease into my new job. She reminded me a lot of my own Mum with a no nonsense approach but also loads of kindness. I am proud to have known her and will miss her smiling face at tennis gatherings. God Bless.
